​From a young age, Dorota found joy in the art of baking. Fascinated by the way simple ingredients could be transformed into something magical, she spent hours watching and learning from her family as they prepared traditional recipes. The smell of freshly baked bread, the rhythm of kneading dough, and the joy of sharing her creations sparked a lifelong passion. Baking became more than a hobby - it was her way of bringing happiness to others.

Dorota dreamed of turning that love into something meaningful. That dream became Cafe66.

​Her commitment to handcrafting everything using quality ingredients reflects her dedication to both flavour and care. Today, her creations carry the same warmth and joy that first inspired her as a young girl.

Dorota Pawlos is the founder of Cafe66, a cosy and inviting bakery and cafe on White Hart Lane in Barnes. Guided by the mottos “a place where every bite feels like home” and “a circle of friends,” she’s created a space where great food and genuine connection come together.

Everything is made with care - from our freshly baked cakes and breads to our sandwiches, salads, soups, and all-day breakfasts. We take pride in using wholesome, high-quality ingredients to make every dish as nourishing as it is delicious.
